The
Forum Italia Non-Profit Housing Corporation operates the Forum
Italia housing complex located at 155 and 195 Forum Drive
in the heart of the City of Mississauga. Opened in December
1990, the complex comprises of a 60 unit two storey seniors
building and a 133 unit seven storey affordable housing building.
Tenancy at 155 Forum Drive is reserved for
independent seniors aged 65+. The residence features 60
bachelor style apartments, a common area, craft rooms, a
kitchenette, dining room, outdoor patio deck, laundry facilities,
and an office for visiting physicians, nurses, etc. Each
apartment is individually heated and air conditioned. A
Home Support Program operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
and a full time Activity/Volunteer coordinator provides
many recreational and social programs to enrich the lives
of our residents on a daily basis.
Tenancy
at 195 Forum Drive offers 133 units for families, single
parents and individuals with special needs. Both market
units and subsidized units are available. The building features
one, two and three bedroom apartments. Market rent for these
units are as follows:

cable costs. Spacious accommodations also feature a solarium
and storage area in each unit. The building has an on site
Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent who can be reach
