MICBA Forum Italia Community Services Assistive Living Program is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, based in a 60 unit, non-profit housing residence. Our program offers essential supportive services to seniors 65 and over. Our services include: personal care services, basic housekeeping, social and recreational programs, in-house transportation services, case coordination, visiting clinician, foot care specialist, and mobile hairdresser, etc. The program is in operation 24/7/365 and is delivered by qualified Personal Support Workers free of charge to clients based on individual assessment.  Our goal is to support seniors to live in their home, while providing needed supportive services to assist them to live independently with dignity and choice.

Our most recent project has been our extension of a Supports for Daily Living Program which took place in July 2009 into our adjacent apartment tower at 195 Forum Drive, located on our property. We have provided care to clients who have the greatest care needs and require 24/7/365 supports. Our focus is to keep them living independently at home.

Our staff can speak English, French, Italian, Polish and Pilipino and are always culturally sensitive to the needs of all our clients.
